About Me

Hello.  Welcome to my website.  When I was in my early 30′s I suffered from constipation, dry skin, an uncontrollable mind, depression and constant worry.  I’m sure I missed a few things, but you get the idea, I wasn’t doing so well.  I always had this idea that food was somehow connected to my health, but I didn’t really understand how.  I also had an ongoing desire to learn about herbs and how to use them for my health.  All of my health issues and both of my interests were satisfied once I discovered Ayurveda.  You can read about Ayurveda in the Ayurveda tab, but I can say that every last one of my health issues completely left, including the mind stuff, once I changed what I was eating according to Ayurveda.

I now have a strong desire to help you using my knowledge and training in Ayurveda so you can clear up any health issues that you have.  It takes time and commitment, but time that will be well spent on how to heal yourself using foods, herbs and adjusting lifestyle.

My Ayurvedic training was at the California College of Ayurveda in Grass Valley, California.  After my training in the States I went to India to study with two Ayurvedic doctors at the Ayurveda and Panchakarma school in Kerala, South India.  I am also a Sivananda trained Yoga instructor and I was fortunate to live and work in a Sivananda ashram for 2 1/2 years.  It was at the ashram where I was able to use both my Ayurvedic training and my yoga training to help others find health and peace in their own minds.  I also hold a diploma in Life Coaching.  I combine all my knowledge and training to guide you to health.

I am passionate in what I do and I look forward to working with you to inspire you to feel passionate about your health.

I welcome your comments.

Blessings,

Edie O’Reilly
